GM Removals

Probably the best movers I've ever had. On time, polite, fast, efficient and completely professional. No mucking around, very organised and just knew what to do and how to do it promptly. They had everything available, big boxes for miscellaneous items like cushions etc.... They sent 3 guys out, in the past I've booked a truck with other companies that send 1 guy and I'm lumped helping him, I'm a 30 year old relatively fit male (younger at the time) so I can help, but what if I was an old man or had an injury? Other times from other companies I get sent 2 guys who are so slow, they turn what should be a 4 hour job into an 8 hour job. I've had people damage flooring and my furniture before because they just don't have the proper equipment. I've had people come 6 hours late, I've no shows before. Gary at GM charges a little extra but it is worth it, they are fast and they include insurance in the price, no extra sneaky charges for stairs or fuel. He's straight up, his boys are careful and have all the equipment to make the move fast as well as protect your stuff and the property. I'm not saying GM are the only proper movers out there, but over many, many moves in my life so far I've always opted for a cheaper companies and have always been left disappointed. This time I thought I'd spend a bit more and it was definitely worth it. Call Gary and don't worry about the $130/hour price, just book him!! It is worth it, it's the first move I've never stressed or had to watch over the guys, they were awesome!

Following recommendation we used GM Removals today for our great move. Stated they would be there at 0830 and they were on time. Professional, courteous, friendly and nothing was to much. Outstanding company and would recommend them to anybody moving. Value for service second to none.
