From first enquiry to the final tightened screw, the installation of my new solar system was flawless.Having dealt with a large number of small companies and operators in a myriad of fields, i felt that the whole process that Carley and Rocco gave me, exceeded my needs and expectations.Unified Energy is a company that I would most definitely recommend for all of you Solar needs.Even with a torrential down pour during one of the install days, and working into the darkness, Rocco kept powering through to ensure that my system was up and running for first light the next day.Kudos to all involved.

Was totally blown away by the whole process of upgrading my Solar. I had been in the market for about 18 months and had 4 different compaines quote and not until Dion actually took the time to meet with me prior to quoting to get a real understanding of our situation and concerns. Turned the quote around in 48 hours and dropped in to run me through the quote and explain it. Top quality equipment at a very competitive price. Installation was booked and the communication prior to the installation was excellent. Installers rocked up on time and were very polite.Very impressed with their cleanliness leaving the site cleaner than when they started and communicated through the whole installation process. They even took the existing system away at no extra cost. Explained to me how the APP works and everything I needed to know about the new sytem. The after sales follow up by Dion the sales manager and also Rocco the Owner was much appreciated. Would recommend anyone with out a solar system or even an existing one not covering the power bill to reach out to Dion. Residential or Commercial you will be looked after by the whole team from start to finsih. Outstanding service through the whole process! I can't recommend USS for a new solar system highly enough. I did a lot of research, received a lot of quotes and spoke with a lot of different companies about a new solar install - but the quote, service, product and install that I received from Ryan, Rocco and the USS team blew everyone else out of the water. I can only rate them 5 stars. Their service from beginning to end was fantastic and they made the experience for me as a customer feel worthwhile, valuable and individualised to my own property and needs. I would strongly recommend this company. After the quote, the panels were installed in a few weeks. The installers spoke very highly of their workplace and moral was high. One of the men even went to the trouble to repair a gutter. The price was affordable and follow-up was prompt and consistent.

I've wanted to get solar for a long time but was finding that most solar companies were only interested in doing very specific installs and weren't interested in what I wanted or needed, so I was still sceptical when I first spoke to Wayne from Unified Solar Solutions, and I didn't make it easy for him. I had long lists of questions and specific requests, all of which Wayne actually listened to, and worked with me until we eventually came up with a proposal that suited my needs and fell within my budget.Even though it wasn't a stock standard install, and i needed other electrical work done to the meterboard and house, Rocco and his team happily did the work to a high standard and went out of his way to make sure I was happy.Carly was very easy to deal with and arranged the smart meter installation, which also wasn't a standard procedure, so I didn't have to deal with my power company, who in the past had come up with every excuse under the sun to not upgrade my meterboard.Unified Solar Solutions made the entire process really easy, did what I wanted, not just what was easiest, and I would highly recommend them.
