TERRIBLE!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! I left a job with them for a week, they told me it would only take an hour. When I went back to collect, they told me they had been way to busy to even look at it and would look at it now... instead of just telling me they had forgot about it, (which was obvious) they insisted they were way too busy, but originally told me it would only take an hour. I feel like from the very beginning of the interaction, they were very unhelpful, and totally uninterested in my business!(I wanted a simple book printed and bindered for a gift) they obviously only have time for you if you are printing larger scale items! Which is fine but I could have been told they don’t do little jobs, unless they are not busy! They had no selection of papers to choose from and offered no advice. I am very upset that I wasted a week waiting for this gift that they agreed to do but couldn’t care less about. Thank goodness for Kingaroy office central who happily sorted my problem out for me while I waited, and I was able to give the gift in time.
