I bought a lounge set last year which I had a few problems with. The staff were very friendly and had no problem to try and fix it. I wasn't happy with the repairs and they were only happy to swap for a new one to the same value.

Not happy. We paid $2299 for a lounge (not a suite, just a chaise) only 3 years ago & within 2 years the cover started pealing off. Now after 3 years it looks a lot worse. It's not leather, not even vinyl apparently but though you'd get a bit more life out of it for that price.

Tryed everywhere in Darwin to find a cheap queen size bed for the kids, everyone had one on show room floor but said we would have to wait around 4 weeks if we wanted one...went to Jape within 5 minutes I had one loaded onto my car thanks to great staff what more can I say, will be back to buy a lounge next..
