I had the pleasure of having a long conversation with Ian Owles recently. Ian is a wealth of knowledge and is very generous of his time and understanding. After using another compounding chemist for a long time, due to lack of service, I have changed to Australian Compounding Chemist and I am 110% satisfied with their service, the expediency or delivery and their knowledge. Thank you.

Payed for multiple items on different occasions they forgot when and what’s been paid after order cancelations and different people working on orders I had to fight tooth and nail to prove each time what they owed me with arguments each time for them to give it up and now for them to claim they have fixed issue but in my opinion they stole my money from me but deny it!!!! 99 is what’s owed not 9 dollars don’t leave your your money on credit with them I REPEAT DO NOT LEAVE THEM WITH MONEY IN CREDIT!!! And the issues I have had with orders makes using these guys very difficult and they are becoming to un reliable!!! I have not had any issues over money or orders in two years untill these guys or with any organisation in relation to medication apart from this one in my opinion DO NOT TRUST THEM!! I’ll be video checking each Oder from them and I suggest you all check watch yours as well!!! PROVED THEY OWE MONEY OR ITEM AND THEY STILL STEAL OR MODIFY DOCUMENTS THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN SENT AS TRUE AND CORRECT THEN EDITS THEM!! Criminal do not order from them avoid at all cost ill be seeing them in court!

Informative. They use the best of the best ingredients. Making the experience of going to a compounder so very easy. I have rung around all compounders in Gold Coast for comparison of pricing and timing but will always come back to Australian Online for a personal safe customer satisfaction guaranteed experience.

Awesome service easy to use just a phone call and you will be sorted, Had the pleasure of dealing with Jan and was amazed at her customer service and helpfulness, turn around on sending through script to receiving was less than 24hrs and was very prompt, ease of access can be a little tricky if you don’t know where to look had to ask an adjoining business worker where to go to some directional signs couldn’t go astray but also could be for privacy reasons due to the nature of the Business.

Great service, i received my meds a few days. Great quality flower.
