Variety of products and great sale.Staffs seem to be all nice except one of sales assistant( female) who wasn’t nice at all. She was rather rude and not willing to assist. Expect to train for customer service.

I bought a baby robe from here and asked them to add an embroidery on it. It came out sooo cute. The staff were all nice and SUPER helpful!

Always love their materials. I have been a big fan of Sheridan. Never get disappointed at all from their staff or team.

Price and quality. Make sure you wait for the specials.

Ordered click and collect Tuesday and came to pick up Friday after work only to be told my order had been cancelled. No notification just cancelled because I didn’t come in 3-4 days! Rude! Nowhere on the invoice or emails does it say I need to pick it up within 3-4 days and technically I was picking it up on the 3rd day. Simple phone call before cancellation would be nice. So I went to Myer and bought my items from them instead and will continue to do so going forward.

Store well presented... But staff are absolute rubbish.After walking in my husbands eye was captured by their bedding on display he decided to sit & feel the layout and quality of there bedding..After getting up & walking to the other side of the shop I noticed the shop assistant RUN over to the display and start mumbling..As we are walking out I calm explained my husband wanted to feel the quality & her reply was do you know how long it takes to set it up?"I worked in retail IN MANCHESTER for 5 years. It takes 2 minutes to re align the bed spread.Dont sit here & complain to a pregnant woman its hard work to pull a bed spread back. MIND YOU it wasn't perfect to begin with.Its retail. Never again. I felt like i was not welcome in a store that i regularly attend...."
