Great services! Was speaking to another Mercedes dealer before but was told they couldn’t arrange the transport of the vehicle and once the deposit was paid, the deposit couldn’t be refunded and the car was yours. Then we rang Cedes Hornsby, it was completely proper Mercedes service experience starting from the lady on phone to the very helpful sales team Angus and James. Thank you.

Purchased our first Mercedes sedan from this dealership a number of years ago and whilst the sales staff were nice, the customer service that followed was horrendous. If you ever expect another vehicle whilst you wait for yours to be serviced you need to book it in months in advance which is ridiculous. We had an issue with our electrics and had to escalate it all the way to head office for anyone to pay attention. So scarred from our experience we’ve now purchased our subsequent SUV from another dealership. Will not return even for service.
