Had numerous air-conditioning installed in brand new house under builders contract. TERRIBLE install job - had issues with all aircons which were fixed under guise of manufacturers 'warranty'. No responsibility or accountability taken by DMC and the arrogance is off the charts. BEWARE if you deal with this company, for if you have issues, they wont accept liability regardless of proof. Got off on a technicality due to 'contract' being with a now de-registered builder !!

Chaged us $500 to clean 1aircon and fix a leak in another, the quote was $300. Also tried to charge us a call out fee, we had booked the service.

Most incompetent company. They had to replace 2 parts and made me take time of work for access and rang the same day to tell me that they forgot to order the part. It gets worse: a couple of weeks later they did the same! They still hadn't ordered the part but made a booking for installation.

Should have read the reviews before engaging them - guys were great once they got here but office staff letting you down 5 weeks still no sign of quote for 2 air conditioners- ridiculous excuses and no quote no est time - don’t bother with them

Wonderful service! from the technicians to the office staff, all were fantastic! Very efficient service - especially in the aftermath of the floods when everyone was flat out. Would 100% recommend

I rang DMC on Wednesday promised that they would have a technician out that afternoon otherwise first thing Thursday morning. Still waiting no phone call no follow up, so I rang this morning Friday , from my impression they were not too interested in getting the work. Went to another company.

Our old air con died on News Years Day. DMC to the rescue. We have 2 brand new air cons installed as soon as they could. Customer service is amazing and follow up was even betterTop Local company

Eh, it takes way too long just to get a quote. If you want your air con replaced you should book a few months in advance. Then maybe they'll give you a quote.

Recently had air conditioning replaced due to the Townsville Floods. This company went above and beyond for our family. They had our damaged units out and new units installed quicker than the time it took to make a claim through our insurance company.Highly recommend this company.
