Thanks NT Shade. The team were really helpful with getting quotes, even when I had to request extra details multiple times for the insurance company. And the new Driveway sail looks amazing. Great job team.

NT Shade has recently made our shade sail for over our pool. They provided excellent advice, promptly quoted and quickly produced the shade sail. True professionals! Office staff was very friendly and attended to any request promptly and with a lovely smile. We are now enjoying out shaded time in the pool. (We are still haven’t even received a quote or even a phone call form another company). I know who to recommend and will definitely use NT Shade for any future needs.

Do not waste your time with this organisation! I've waiting over 4 weeks for a quote and I've been calling and sending emails and no 1 is getting back to me unless I call for updates. Shocking customer service at its best. How do organisation like this even survive with such shocking customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away unless you want your time and energy wasted.

I came to NT Shade with a sketch of a complicated awning for my yacht. They wanted to be sure my sketch was correct (a detail I was not really worried about) so Jorge & a helper came to my boat and checked. We agreed on some minor (although very helpful) modifications. Six (6) hours later I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Now installed it is perfect! The material, workmanship & design details are all excellent.I could not be more pleased.Thanks NT Shade.
