On numerous occasions this chemist has left me stranded without vitally important medication due to random closing times. No phone call, no explanation, no nothing. SERIOUS FAILURE in understanding the implications that has on people dependent on medication.

Do not bother at all with this store. Items are way more expensive than other stores and when attempting to price match down, their price beat policy apparently doesn't matter, and the pharmacist in charge decides pricing off the top of her head based on what she knows things cost, and is willing to argue that point in front of everyone.Find any other pharmacy nearby because with customer service this bad they will sink within the year, I bet the extra money you pay here on it.

If I could give no stars, I would. My daughter has terrible reflux and is very underweight because of it. I dropped a prescription for my daughter in to be compounded on the 10th and was told they’d call me when ready with an estimate of Tuesday. No call. I called back this morning (Wednesday) to follow up and they couldn’t even find the prescription… once found, they told me they’d have it done by 2. I called at 4:00 and the person answering asked how they could help. I told them that I was just checking to ensure my daughters prescription was ready for collection before I got her in the car and drove up to get it. She told me “one sec” and has left the phone. She’s forgotten I’m even on the other end and has been talking to her colleagues negatively about the customers that are walking in, and I’ve heard the whollle conversation. Not only frustrating for me, but also, such a disgusting experience to have as a customer! I would hope they don’t talk about me they have spoke about their customers in store currently.

I had some melatonin compounding into a liquid. I asked twice for it to be flavourless due to my son being fussy with flavours. It ended up being a strong sour sweet strawberry flavour. I tasted it as well. My son also did not sleep at all the two nights I gave it to him and he never does that. When I took it back they tried to tell me that was their “flavourless” liquid. If your child is fussy as so many are, be warned! They eventually gave me a refund (was $20 more expensive than the place we used to use) but they were still trying to debate the flavour. I was more concerned that it had the opposite effect because we didn’t sleep for two nights!!

Avoid this pharmacy if you could - called the pharmacy in day time and they said we could get the flu vaccine at anytime before they closed on 6:30 pm - We arrived at 6:10 pm and it was a simple NO! Very frustrated.

Price basically double of other pharmacies. Also pharmacist is absolutely unprofessional and was on a phone whole time. Also got my script wrong

Service from pharmacist is great, helpful, friendy and engaging. Service at the front counter by an older white women was awful. I said hello how are you and was ignored. I said goodbye and thankyou and i think it was a grunt. Obviously hates her job. No excuse really. Disappointed makes me a tad uncomfortable in going back. I will just go chemist warehouse in pennant hills now everyone says hello and and talks to you.

I have been disappointed with this pharmacy on 2 occasions so won’t be visiting again. Hopefully the owners will realise that the staff here are rude and unreliable as well as completely unorganised. The location is very handy but I will drive further to ensure I get better and a more trustworthy service.
