Puddle Jumpers is an organisation that help children who dont live with their natural parents. Several times a year they take a number of children to a camp. This runs from a friday afternoon till sunday afternoon, so is a 2 night stay for the children. It is run by volunteers, and the aim is to have a helper available for every child. If you are interested its worth contacting them for details. Our grandchildren have been to 3 camps over the last few years and they have loved their time there.

The people that run this place are the most amazing, selfless humans. The effort and love they put into helping these kids for no gain of their own is truly heartwarming. I've never come across a charity where everyone is so passionate, kind, thoughtful, helpful and not only devoted to helping struggling families and kids but for each other also. An endless amount of admiration for them all.

My partner and I volunteered here for about a month. One day a frail old women came to the office. She was very embarrassed but explained to us that she can’t afford food to eat and asked if she could have some food to take home with her. My partner went to the director to ask if she could gather up a bag for her from the abundance of food they had in the back shed. The director refused and said that she would have to go to one of their distribution days and to tell her that we don’t have any food. We were horrified at the lack of empathy from someone who manages an organisation that is designed to provide food to vulnerable people. We quit on the spot. What makes it worse, the three fat women who manage the organisation would get Uber eats delivered every lunch time to the office. This of course was paid for by Puddle Jumpers, but only for them. The volunteers were offered out of date chips and biscuits to eat.Disgusting people who are only interested in being seen helping others and benefitting themselves.

Puddle Jumpers in an extraordinarily charity. We donated 42 toys from a christmas stocking raffle wd won at the West Croydon and Kilkenny RSL. We rounded it up to 50 toys so less fortunate families wouldnt miss out on ChristmasThe charity is in need of gifts and volunteersLook them up on the internet and see if you can help

I volunteered for this charity for a long time. It seemed 5 to 6 days a week 6am to 6pm as a Supervisor, unpaid. No help with petrol money , trying my hardest to help them make money. They turned out to be very rude and appreciative . I decided to leave as it seemed to be all about the CEO. So I was blocked on Facebook. Very immature

Brilliant services and facilities and a wonderful team of volunteers that turn up every Monday night and provide a wonderful meal and a range of fresh vegetables and fruit for people living on a low income or a government payment of some type. Very friendly environment every one is welcome and invited to attend and share it meal and break the isolation that effects so many people who live outside the everyday life everyone else enjoy. So a huge thank you to all those that give their time to make it all possible everyday.

Shocking, unhelpful and the way they treat the volunteers is disgusting and poor.Camps were not ok and I won't be sending my kids back on another camp after what happened.I was so badly bullied and mistreated as a volunteer I won't be doing it ever again. I don't think anyone should volunteer for this agency. Food was off and staff were rude. The store at Melrose Park which is now gone the storage room was unorganised and a tripping hazard.

at first sight i was greeted by the grand door as i lightly knocked, grabbing the attention of a small man. The best way to describe this man is a less manly Pablo Escobar. as i walked in the smell of moth balls over run my nostrils and i fainted on the ground. Two hours later i wake up in proximity of Arndale shopping centre in a small warehouse where i was forced to intake moldy lettuce and mandarin juice as the cheeky farmer man cheered me on. 5/5 would reccomend, see picture attached for similar looking man that was described.
