Bought my wife 2 $200 gift certificates on line for her birthday. Didn't recieve them and nobody will return my calls. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY they are financially ruined.

Disappointing. Made a special trip to visit this store on Monday upon deciding to give the brand a try. We arrived around 1pm approx to find the kiosk getting closed up and the sales girl very unwilling to serve us. We travelled to this store with the intention of spending money. My daughter knew exactly what she wanted so it would have only taken a moment. I also wanted to purchase something but decided not to go back at a later time as the sales girl was off too lunch. I work in retail and maybe i'm old fashioned but I will always make my customers feel important regardless of the time of day, all we wanted was 5 minutes. You need to have a replacement sales person to cover for lunches, not close up the whole kiosk for an hour at a time in the middle of the retail day. I will not be bothering with Napoleon Perdis now.

After a disappointing initial visit for my daughter's first lash application, we have since attended for a lash re-do with Channing. I left extremely pleased with the results, as well as with Channing's skill and professionalism, so I have increased my initial low star rating. Highly recommend you ask for Channing when booking at this store.

I was served by Emily this afternoon. She matched my foundation perfectly and although it was the end of the day she was still very bubbly and chatty. Lovely young lady.

This is my go to before any event! The girls are amazing and very accommodating! Always helpful and they do what I ask even if it’s over the time ( I’m fussy) I am always feeling gorgeous when leaving, lol couldn’t recommend any more! Thanks girls !!

Want to say a big thankyou to Izzy at the Cockburn store for being so helpful and her patience. I booked a signature makeup session to learn how to do makeup for an event after my makeup lady cancelled and I couldn't find anyone else at short notice. Izzy stepped me through it all and even wrote down all the steps. Highly recommend doing a session sometime, if you are like me and rarely wear makeup.

I had my makeup done over the weekend and I was really disappointed. The girls were lovely but my face was so oily the whole day, couldn’t keep any of my photos cause my face was so shiny which is due to the products she put on my face prior to foundation. I had brown fiber stuff all over my face which I believe was from the eye brow mascara. She didn’t know how to put individual eye lashes on and the other girl wouldn’t assist. My eye shadow barely resembled the photos I showed.It costs $120 which is redeemable on products but turns out you have to spend exactly $120 or you have to buy more product ! So I had to buy a sponge, your cheapest product which i didn’t even need cause my initial purchase came to $110.Really disappointed.
