Bunch money hungry dirt dogs.Rang up about a part, the dog tells me a price then when I arrive to pickup, the price went up $100..and to top it off the part was in poor condition.Lucky I went around the corner and found the part in better condition and $150 cheaper..Stay away..

Pretty greedy and unfriendly blokes. They'll charge you through the roof, but they do have a wide variety of Ford parts.They charged me $750 for a dusty old 2004 Ford Transit sliding door.

Gave me the wrong part, kept saying it was my fault. After getting over who was at fault, the point is the item can be returned since I only came back a day later. Was so rude and refused even though the front counter says refunds and exchanges are ok if within 5 days. This was the wrong part, and within 1 day. Mr Ford? More like Mr Fraud.
