My wife and I used Monash Self Storage Brunswick to store furniture and other items from our house for 6.5 years whilst we were living overseas. They were really great and helpful throughout this period, including being extremely helpful during our recent move-out from their storage unit. We would definitely use them again and would fully recommend them to others. Overall, a really great service - thanks!

Good, clean, well-maintained facilities BUT this is undermined by a) limited opening hours (5 PM closure, not open on Sundays at all) b) very aggressive email and PADLOCK placed on our unit when monthly payment was a mere 1 week overdue! There's no need for this, a second friendly reminder would have been sincerely appreciated as people get busy and overlook these things, as we did. Not sure we'd use them again for these reasons despite the convenience and other positives. It was such a heavy-handed email and we were shocked to receive it. Leaves a bad feeling!

We rented a storage unit for five months with Monash Storage. This facility is well managed, with friendly helpful staff. The Units are clean safe and easy to access. The hours they are available are convenient . A very easy and enjoyable experience.Thankyou!

I've used the storage facilities here for a couple of years and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Recently used additional storage during an apartment relocation and the service was excellent for this too!! Highly recommended.
