Stay away from this dodgy builder. He’s a scammer, don’t get caught in his web of lies and fake promises. He’ll promise you the world and deliver nothing. Go to a reputed builder who can be trusted, don’t give your hard earned money in his hands. Do your homework & ask around about the reputation of this builder before going to him. Extremely unprofessional, liar & dodgy. I wish I could give zero starP.s- don’t be mislead (like I was) by some of the positive reviews on google, they’re mostly written by his family and friends
