35 minutes wait small order 6 pce original and small mash potato with gravy. Half a dozen people order after me and their orders we ready. I asked for a refund, no apology. One girl sweeping the floor, the other filling in orders and the 3rd girl standing near the ovens waiting for new batch of chicken pieces. One male staff member had dropped popcorn chicken on the floor and picked it up put in the bag and gave the bag to the customer. Poor service.

This store can be really hit or miss when it comes to their hot chips, unfortunately I'd have to say that it's more miss's than hits. The amount of times that I've ended up with chips that are either unseasoned or limp soggy chips that have probably been left under the heat lamps for too long. I will say that their chicken and burgers are normally without fault and their cashier are always friendly. Yes chips are an inexpensive item but when you are surprised when you get well seasoned freshly cooked chips your doing something wrong.

I like this place but if there is no large chip boxes available don’t put the chips in 2 small packets that does not equal a large also the 2 small packets were not that full. Also sometimes they do it so it fits it in the little box my meal came in which isn’t right . If it happens again I will complain in the shop. 3 small boxes will equal a large chips!! not 2!! anything to make money huh when you don’t need it being a big franchise ..

This Store is absolutely appalling. I placed my Order at 3.30 and didn’t receive food until 4.00. The sliders bread was dry and cracking. The lettuce was shrivelled up and old. I am disgusted that even when I could see my food, my order was not getting packed despite it being first on The List. We were Lied to three times about the wait time and when asked about if anything could be done. Then staff brushed it off saying “it’s just another minuet”. If you feel like chicken. Don’t go to kfc Chermside. Go two Store Ober to Red Rooster.

The chicken pieces were too salty, chicken popcorn was overdone, some of its pieces were empty inside and not eatable at all. The staff didn't put ordered dressing because they were out of it, but didn't mentioned that. Completely disappointed, do not recommend.

Experience here was so bad, I'd give it a -5 if I could.Firstly, was super busy and had 2 staff on. 1 was standing around looking at the order screen as the orders were piling up. The other was wiping the bench for 30min. So many customers were complaining and I got to know why.I ordered a nugget go bucket and had to stand around waiting for 45min watching staff doing nothing. Got my food, opened it and I only got chips, no nuggets. The chips were so undercooked I had to throw them away.When I told the staff that 45min is way too long for the food, I got eye rolls as a result.It gets busy, I know, so put extra staff on that know what they're doing! So many customers were getting angry, understandably.Worst fast food" experience I've had in my life.Warning: Go elsewhere."

Best to order on the app as it can get quite busy. The way they cook it here is better than some KFC places where it's either too oily for original or a lot of uncooked batter for hot and spicy. Wish they brought back the 9 for 9 piece deal.

Kade refused to give me my drink after i have filled out an entire survey when there is a sign saying to fill out a surgery for a free drink. he then stated that only applies to orders over $5 yet my order was $10

Ordered wicked wings for here once. The chicken was very dry and was way too oily and tasted really salty, it also had way too much coating on the outside. Additionally, they had crazy long wait times!
