Absolutely disgraceful treatment. Calling, No call back, chasing up, emails.. Considering there were children involved and urgency. No one knew what they were doing. No call was given to release time and date for inspection of a property to rent. Excuse after excuse when my family could have ended up homeless, which was explained. Very sad by the lack of professionalism here. I will never go through this real estate again. Thankfully I learnt before I rented through them.

Dundas are the realestate agents to go with when selling your house. Unlike some others, they listen to what you want and how you want things done. Very professional yet friendly also. I have absolute respect for Boyd and the way he has conducted my house sale.

I was renting a house that they were managing for the owner.A1 were slow to stagnant on any major repairs (14 years renting same property) as for minor repairs was left up to me. The staff are unwilling to help effectively unless there is monetary gain. I say it's not a reputable business, from my experience.
