Do Not Trust iCure or have them repair your products. Had my watch repaired in January 2023. My PBA Board was replaced. 3 months later my watch failed to work. Returned it to iCure and then I'm told that my watch has internal LIQUID damaged and told that they WILL NOT REPAIR IT as its out of warranty. When I questioned the representative that the watch was repaired in January 2023 and the PBA Board was replaced that they are deeming faulty again, so it should still be covered by repair warranty then representative said that its possible water damaged and my response was but the watch is waterproof. The reply I received then was well your watch is too old.MIJIN A should be honest about his repairs and warranty work.VERY BAD WARRANTY GIVEN... Lucky NO minus Stars.

In good faith August 2020 bought Samsung 50” tv with three year extended warranty. April 2023 no picture. Samsung didn’t want to know, bumped me back to seller and/or its authorized repairer iCure. Arranged iCure tech for today and wasted previous three days back’n’forth with iCure, Samsung and insurer because they don’t communicate with each other. Insurer twice emailed claim info to iCure which claimed not to have received it—despite confirmatory phone call from insurer to iCure!BTW, techs themselves excellent (competent & courteous) but because of lack of communication by iCure, they had to copy my proof-of-purchase (emailed days ago, confirmed received by yet another phone call to iCure) before being allowed to do repair.Believe truly lousy customer service has much to do with outsourced call centre and its inefficiency. Really resent having had to chase iCure because its promised return calls never happened.Beware Samsung products: apparently, only authorized repairer is iCure and its customer service is truly unacceptable.

Took my phone for repairs whilst it was under warranty, they claimed it can not be repaired due to physical damage apparently it had dents which were really minor scratches on the hinge. Thanks to Samsung head office in Homebush they repaired my Z 3 fold they replaced the screen, hinge and new battery under the warranty. icure you are scammers you tried to scam me for $760 please I advise you to go and learn the difference between a scratch and a dent.

At least for me experience was great, the two experienced guys came in and replaced the TV screen quite quickly, in and out within 15 mins. Overall great work.

Excellent communication from first contact all the way to repair being done. Great customer service. I was fully expecting my tv to be taken away and having to be repaired for couple of weeks. Nope ,the guys accomated my request to come in on a Saturday, after initial call to Samsung on a Thursday. They came in with a replacement panel for my tv , unclipped the old one , clipped new one on and done within 5 minutes . Amazing work . Friendly and polite customer service as well

Galaxy tablet A8 all of a sudden stopped working , so gave it to icure and after 4 days , they informed it has a physical damage and not under warranty and it would cost more than half the price of the tablet, when enquired I remember there was no damage, then said we will escalate and it would take another week or so.So all they did in 4 days is saying it has physical damage.

See alot of negative reviews here so leaving my experience to balance it out. I went in with a S21 Ultra 2 months out of warranty which had developed a cluster of dead pixels out of the blue. Not only did they replace the screen and install a screen protector, they replaced the bezel of the phone and battery complimentary too and all in about 3 days. Highly recommend.

I recently entrusted iCure with the repairs of my Samsung Galaxy Fold 4 and Flip 4 devices. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.For my Flip 4, the repair process took an excessive two weeks, with poor communication from iCure throughout. My Fold 4, which had a screen protector replacement, started malfunctioning shortly after the repair, overheating at the hinge and shutting down when opened.Their lack of timely service, coupled with the mishandling of my high-value devices, has left me deeply disappointed and questioning the competence of iCure's team. I strongly advise others to consider alternative repair centers for their Samsung devices.For those looking for a better option for in-warranty repairs of Samsung phones, I recommend Tecworks in Seven Hill as a more reliable and professional service provider.

Worst ever service. They take your phone, overpromise to deliver in a day or two and then, after a week do not even acknowledge that they have your phone for repair. They refused to give a reference number when I went to their store and said it will be system generated.After a week, they fail to even acknowledge that they have my phone. They are crooks and are there to loot you.Please stay away !

I was told my Flip Z would be repaired for $199 and made the payment on the day. I received another call 2 days later and was advised that I didn't provide sufficient proof of purchase therefore I'd have to pay $500. I asked for my phone to be sent back without the repair and requested for a refund. I was told $66 would be taken as a service fee which I agreed to. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my refund. I called 2 weeks ago and when I was told the refund would be requested to their admin team and I called again today and I got the same answer. I asked if things would be quicker if I went to the actual store and the lady did not know how to answer. Please don't take people's money without making sure you are going to repair it for the money you asked for and if you are not going to fix it, please return customers' money within 7 days maximum like you promised. This is unacceptable. I agree with some of the other reviews here. I dont' even want to give these guys a star.
