So many reasons. The staff are lovely and so accomodating. They let me change my dates at the last minute due to my Jetstar flight being cancelled (at boarding!). They gave me a later checkout at no extra cost. I think they were very sympathetic to my circumstances.The apartment was comfortable and had everything anyone would need. A big plus was the power board next to the bed to plug the phone in. Also, a small clothes horse in the bathroom was useful for clothes that can’t go in the drier. The hotel is well located with restaurants, a pub and shopping centre next door. A pharmacy plus the movie theatre across the road. The hotel is not new and there are signs of wear but I felt more at home there than in any hotel I’ve ever been in. 5 stars from me!*****

I stayed at Park Regis for several weeks for a business trip. The hotel staff was always very friendly to me and made my stay very easy and enjoyable!In addition, the location is very handy (the bus to the city stops just down the hotel and takes you downtown in 10/15mn, and access to northern beaches is fast).Thanks a lot!

Had a great experience staying here for one night. Manager was friendly and very helpful, managed to get the room cleaned and available early and provided a great recommendation for local coffee. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a bit dated, but still a comfortable place to stay and relax. It was also amazingly easy to travel to from the airport, will definitely be visiting again the next time I'm in the city.

I stayed at Park Regis in Cremorne for a few weeks as my apartment was being renovated. Donald and his colleagues could not have been more friendly and efficient in every aspect of hosting my stay. Nothing was too much trouble. I truly felt to be a most welcome guest.The studio apartment with kitchenette was sunny and bright and contained everything that I needed for my few week's stay. And, of course, the location is superb for transport links to the beach or the city, together with a large choice of nearby pubs and restaurants.A great and well-priced place to stay on the Lower North Shore.Mike Daly

Very nice apartments overlooking the main streets. Visiting friends on the 7th floor.Kitchen facilities, nice shower, comfy bed and serviced every two day.There was a very handy supermarket on the bottom level

A five star location. Perched on the top of the hill, either side of the building gives you a great view of Sydney north shore, or Sydney harbour.I was visited by these delightful, friendly, funny, talkative and hungry lorikeets, a.k.a. parrotsI give the staff six stars. They are helpful and relaxed and deserve all the accolades and rave reviews

We stayed for 10 days, a much. Cheaper alternative to staying in a hotel and eating out all the time.Good size rooms with all kitchen implements you would need, nice distant view of the opera house from our room. Very clean with friendly attentive staff. Bus stop outside, takes around 10 minutes to get to the centre of Sydney. Modern TV, which included Netflix and YouTube with fast Internet available for the whole 10 days included in the price.

After travelling through outback Australia this facility is not on par with 4 stars. No aircon in main bedroom and the complete floor smells like a kitchen. Parking only for 1.8m vehicles else you are pushed to street parking 5 mins walk from the facility. Not recommended for out of towners. Will not stay here again.
