Response times by the Max the Strata Manager and the Staff are extremely good. Meetings are runned in a timely manner.

Max managing 2 of my strata in Strathfield and Campsie, he been very responsive and always try to help us saving budget.Although i am not in communitee, but i can see things are done tidy and Ikon been very responsive.Would like to deal with ikon more if I have more strata units.

They have been the strata manager for our building in Enfield since the beginning. They are unprofessional, the lack of care and work ethic is appalling. Cleaning is inconsistent, repairs take longer than they should. They dont reapond to phone calls or emails - It may cost more having another strata manager manage your building but the difference is that would be that the more expensive manager would actually manage your building..For those who are confused by the reviews, they also operate as Ikon & Co which is the realty side of the business also operated by Max and Lisa.

Max has been our building manager for last few year, he is very reliable, courteous and very professional, all of our required work it's his first priority and he's work ethic are at the highest standards
