A few weeks back I made a call regarding Superior Waste servicing a neighbouring business very early in the morning. I spoke to an employee in their admin team, and was so impressed by the response and immediate action they took to delay the collection to a more suitable time.The building I live in, especially those who reside in close proximity to the where the collection takes place, and so grateful.Huge thanks to their team!

The receptionists that take the phone calls are extremely rude. We called to simply double check to see if our bins were booked in and the lady was extremely rude. When I explained that she was being rude she hung up on us. The people answering the phones are the face of the company and need to be more polite.
