Bay Fitness

This gym was recommended to me by a local health professional and its not hard to see why. I have been to many gyms both mainstream and privatly owned and this one really exceeds expectations for many reasons.Its got 2 levels of modern well maintained machinery, generously priced, not overcrowded with accommodating open hours. The owner and staff are a breath of fresh air, welcoming and professional, they really do go out of their way to help which makes the training experience motivating.I've now visited this gym on several occasions with my partner and we are both very impressed, hence the need to write a review. Highly recommend.

Been with for almost a year now, and it's been really nice, DTE peeps here,Catie is my trainer, and never fails to keep me doing more than I could ever do on my own, somehow putting up my baby brain moments, and keeping my health goals in check too.

I have been going to this gym for 2 years and don't plan on stopping.Have to say this is definitely the best gym that I think I have ever had the pleasure of being a member of. Jamie, the owner, is a person you will rarely find elsewhere as he is incredibly helpful and down-to-earth. The equipment is awesome and the atmosphere is great.I am very grateful to have stumbled upon such an establishment.

Great, convenient little gym. Jamie who runs the gym is friendly and helpful (offers training advice), he is there most hours of opening hours. The gym has a nice social vibe with no gym junkies and most everyone is courteous. Classes are run frequently and the gym accommodates most training schedules.I have never done a review before but this place deserves the support.

Great gym great prices awsome atmosphere had some amazing workouts there

I've always been part of the big chain gyms but after moving to the area decided to give Bay Fitness an independent gym a go and I'm so glad I did. Equipment is great and the place is always kept clean. Even everyone that attendants the gym is kind and follow gym adequate.

I highly recommend this gym for people who live in this area.It's been 4 years since I became a member.There are so many machines and weights so that I can always work on something and don't need to wait for other members to finish.The owner, staff, instructors and personal trainers are very friendly and they put so much effort into making the gym better for not only members but also the community.They have classes everyday. I mainly take Zumba class and the instructor is absolutely amazing! She is the best Zumba instructor ever.I also met lots of great people through the class!It's sad that I can't come here anymore since I won't live in the area.From people who want to start exercising to people who know what to do for workouts, you won't regret being a part of members here!

Pretty big gym with lots of equipment so you never have to wait for others to finish their sets.Only downside is the wifi is slow so I rely on my 4G. Oh and the toilets/water dispenser are all downstairs, wish there was a dispenser upstairs.

I have been been a member at Bay Fitness Meadowbank for nearly 8 months now. Like many others when first starting, the idea of going to a gym with little to no experience was extremely daunting.However, with the help of gym's experienced, friendly and approachable personal trainers and staff I overcame my fears within a few training sessions.Unlike many franchise gyms, the staff at Bay Fitness were more than ready to go above and beyond to help me and answer any of my questions, the owner was even kind enough to help me calculate my maintenance calories.The gym has a variety of quality equipment, machines and weights to suit any training intensity. It was great to have things that were accessible for beginners like myself.It would be an understatement to say that this gym and its management have played a major role in my fitness journey.I cant see myself going to any other gym any time soon.
