the owner of the store LIED to me stating that a ring i purchased for a few thousand dollars was real diamond but turns out to be a fake man made stone. The other workers were nice and honest with me though when i returned so i could get the ring resized and told me the truth.

Have been very disappointed with my experience. I was given a silver tennis bracelet for Christmas that was resized and continues to snap in the spot the links were taken out. I sent it back 3 times to have it fixed and it broke within 2 weeks of receiving it back each time. The last time it broke I went in and asked for a refund because I don't want to send it away to be fixed only for it to break again, fall of my wrist/lose it. However, I was told that it would need to be sent away again to be assessed before a refund could be given. I'm disappointed with this because there is a trail of notes on what has happened with this bracelet and it takes around 6 weeks to be sent away, looked at, and returned; so again, I am waiting on a refund for a bracelet that I've only been able to wear for less than 6 weeks since Christmas. I think the store manager should have offered me a refund on the spot and sorted it out on their end with head office, as this is unfair on me having to wait again on a bracelet that is clearly faulty and still very much within warranty.Do NOT buy a silver tennis bracelet from this store if it does not fix exactly right.

I have a stunning ball pendant purchased from here many years ago! It's still sparkling as ever! Lovely staff, especially Karen.

Horrible experience. Staff are pushy and rude. Took my partner in to pick out an engagement ring and she was trying different styles on and trying to decide what she liked and the sales person came over and sighed loudly and said “are we even getting any closer to a decision yet” with a foul look on her face (mind you we had only been looking for no more than 10 minutes at this point). Turned what is supposed to be an exciting experience into a negative one with all the huffing and puffing and rushing from the sales person. We ended up going to Michael Hill and spending a bit more and we were able to get better service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Was served my a lovely inexperienced sales girl, she did her best to help me. Unfortunately 4 days of wearing a 1k ring the stone fell out. It was extremely difficult to get help fixing it or to get a refund, I ended up going to the North Lakes store and within 5 minutes of explaining my situation I was offered a refund or exchange and they apologised for the faulty poorly made ring.

Sometimes people just want to look without being spoken to the whole time , the line about an increase today doesn’t work in sales…..

Came here around Christmas and the staff were very unhelpful. I was looking for a pair of earrings advertised in their catalogue. Even after showing them the photo on my phone, they were not familiar with the earrings.After some searching, they said they had sold out. In fact, a lot of the glass cases were quite bare. The lady told me they got some new items and they only got a couple of each new item. What?I asked if they could locate the earrings at another store. They called up their sister store at Garden City and they didn't have any either. I conceded I wouldn't be able to buy them. Until I found out that there is a Secrets store at North Lakes.I called up the North Lakes store and they had plenty in stock. I was disappointed. Why didn't the staff at Chermside call up the North Lakes store or check there?I went to the North Lakes store and I expressed to them my frustration. The girls behind the counter were very helpful. They told me that the Chermside store and Garden City store are owned by the same franchisee. This is terrible and a stain on the Secrets brand.My advice to the store owner here: check other stores for stock. What you did was not right, downright terrible. Protecting your own profits and not willing to provide proper customer support. Atrocious.I will be going to the North Lakes store from now on.

I won't buy from secrets again.I was gifted a tennis bracelet for my birthday. I had to have it resized so sent it away. Only to recieve it back went out for dinner and lost a dimond. Then when i took it back to have the dimond replace it came back with the clasp out of place and not able to close so had it sent away again. 4 weeks later it still hadn't been touched i was told there was a back log but then when i contacted head office they had it put in straight away but then told that there was a miscommunication between the store and head office when i picked it up. So after 3 months of it being sent away i have just recieved it back and honestly afraid to wear it thinking it will break again.Update. Have just worn it for the 3rd time and another dimond has fallen out. Will be returning it for a full refund.The jewler is poor quality so many imperfections not worth the money in my opinion. I should have just asked for a refund.

Great store, my Wife loves her rings and with a life time guarantee that's awesome. Prices are fantastic and the diamonds are beautiful, better then real ones.Thanks guys we will definitely be back. :)
