A lovely B and B place tucked away in Hepburn Springs. Has a variety of rooms and a balcony view. Short walks to the chalet spa and a good bird life. Serene and relaxing. Breakfast available which you make yourself.

First of all ..the owner is very friendly and the rooms are very neat,clean and affordable..I loved staying in this beautiful location in Hepburn Springs,I always recommend Mooltan Guest to everyone

If your a smoker dont bother. These people will discriminate against you for that fact. Got denied before even explaining that i would be happy to go off the property to have a smoke and the fact that i would only be there to sleep and get straight back up and go driving to work again. Do not stay, doesnt say on the website its a non smoking property, they dont deserve your money and will deny you before you can even say anything else. And just to let you know there's a reason theyre cheap rooms. Have fun

I have stayed here 3 times over the years and it is a very tired property to what it was. Our room had a strong disinfectant smell like that of a nursing home. The best are not made up if you are staying longer than one night, the spoons had bits of food on them, spiderwebs with many dead flies by in the webs and bits of nut shells on the floor, left by the previous occupant. All in all a great disappointment.It's such a shame, as this was such a great place to stay.

The room was noisy with a water hammer when others used water, creaking floorboards throughout the property, our room was covered in cobwebs and dust and the shower leaked water over the floor and had mould in it. The cutlery and cups were dirty and the larger property smelt very dusty and was not welcoming. Definitely not a four star property. Very disappointed and our displeasure was not well handled. Very very expensive for what it is.

Very old and charming needs a very thorough clean, vacuum and airing out.Keep the air freshener I bought for the next guest that pays $163 for an unclean, smelly room. Bed was the cleanest thing in the room.

Nice and antique place. Enjoy the feeling with old fashion around.No shower gel for shared bathrooms. Be prepared.

A beautiful old house with character positioned just 5 to 6 minute walk down a path beside the property to the mineral springs.The house has a games room and Library, small kitchen and private garden.We were accommodated in a small apartment which had its own bathroom and kitchenette.Yes the accommodation is a little dated, but Eddy and Jenny has owned this accommodation facility for nearly 30 years, plus the hosts are so polite and and friendly.Plus next we are in Daylesford we stay here again.
