Triple A Cleaning Services

Very unprofessional. I am still waiting for them to return and clean items missed with my bond clean. I have called multiple times and receive no replies. I would suggest going with another company.

Used for an end of lease clean. The next day the carpets smelt like wet dog, marks still on most walls, debris in the bottom of the dishwasher and the laminate floors had started to warp because they had left the floors sopping wet after their mop. Tried to contact them to rectify problems as per their guarantee" and they have not responded. I will not be recommending their services to anyone. I paid $520 for the job and I had to get another carpet cleaning company to rid the carpets of the smell and I was left to scrub the marks from the walls and clean other areas that had been missed. I am really disappointed

Ripped me off, waited till the last minute before telling me it was going to cost more and I needed it done, told me everything would be taken care of and it wasn't, I was left with several things to do myself and I'm still struggling to get my bond back more than a month later, I was told they had a high pressure cleaner for the bricks, and then it was broken, and then they didn't have one and I had to get one myself and then I was called a liar, all after I had paid $650, very dodgy, do not trust or use these people, abusive and dishonest

Excellent Service.I moved interstate the day after I moved out of my apartment and had no time to get the apartment cleaned. After getting a few quotes I decided to go with Triple A. I organised for the cleaner to pick the key up from the Real Estate agent which they were happy to do.It was about one week later that the Agent did the final inspection and I received these comments in their email.What an absolute pleasure it was inspecting the unit today! Who did you end up getting to do the cleaning? Because they did an outstanding job. The apartment looks almost never lived in!Following the inspection I have attached your Bond Disposal forms for signing

They had been hired to do a bond clean. I was guaranteed that if anything failed due to cleanliness that they would happily rectify the matter. We had a few issues that we raised and emailed through the report. Abdul was very rude to myself, my wife and the owner of the property. I would not recommend to anyone.

Very poor cleaning standards and suspect workers- be careful when dealing with this company.I had previously used Triple A for a vacate clean in January 2014 and the job was well done.This time, however, the boss (adam) by his own admission sent cleaners to the job who don't normally deal with customers". Average at best. Many things were left partially done or not done at all. Definitely far from what they claimed to do on the website.
