I love coming here, always get great advice, they stock what I'm looking for and rarely out of stock, prices and great and very friendly staff.

No option for zero stars. Ordered 2 packages of glass jars. These guys are in Brisbane, we are on the Sunshine coast. Took 2 weeks to receive the first box. The second box was damaged in transit. No response from the company other than they were working with the transport company. No effort to support our small business at all. After another 2 weeks I asked for the order to be changed to smaller jars. They insisted I pay more money for smaller jars that I had already paid for. Two weeks passed. I received an email from the courier saying the package was delivered. No package found. E-mailed the courier and Bee Australian. No response from Bee Australian, courier says I need to speak to supplier. Difficult when they don't understand communication. 2 days later I get an email from Bee Australian, not offering to do anything for me except work out their own system. I'm still without the product and they have my money 6 weeks later.Have sent an email each day for 3 days to Bee Australian. No response.Do not expect to receive your products from Scott. They have their interests first and can not deliver items you purchase either in a timely manner, undamaged or at all.UPDATE: Reading Scotts response, there have been 5 emails received over 7 weeks from Scott stating that it is a courier issue and out of his control. I have written 8 emails to him. All for a $80 odd dollar refund. I have repeatedly asked for a refund but he ignores my request and sends another box that the Courier Aramax then breaks. two of 3 packages undelivered due to breakages.

This couple are great I allways look forward to going shopping there, they are allways happy and helpfully good old fashioned service .

Very informative staff and knowledgeable. I come here for almost all my bee keeping supplies. They have a huge amount of bee equipment and are very helpful and happy to assist you.

Terrible metro company who is ripping off regional bee keeping stores. They buy domains associated with regional stores and redirect them to their own. Horrible practice, shows you the mindset of the store owners.

Scott is so helpful and a good person... Prices are affordable. Will purchase again with this good business.
