Salon 2

I got my daughter a surprise at the hair salon for 1/2 head of foils and a blow dry and they did such a good job. She looks amazing and they were so wonderfully accommodating in every way. Thanks so much!

I booked a last minute blowout. I talked to an employee on the phone who confirmed the date, time, and location. I had a last minute photoshoot. I got up, wet my clean hair, and showed up.. to find the place closed. I called, and was told that there was a mixup.Needless to say I was left in a really bad situation, I had to show up to my shoot with air-dried hair, when I could have at least tried something at home had I had the time to do so.The owner did text me, which I appreciated, but never answered back.I understand this was a mixup and the struggle of running a business and communication, everyone being on board, etc. This is still however unacceptable. The photos I have from that shoot, I can’t change.There is something that can be done to prevent this from happening again.. otherwise I’m sure this salon is great in everything else they do.

If you haven’t tried Salon 2, your missing out. I had a wonderful experience with James today. Between his professionalism, hair knowledge and kindness, it most definitely was a 5* experience. It’s often hard to achieve exactly what you want with your hair and James mastered that for me! Absolutely beautiful salon. Thanks again James. I’ll be back and look forward to it.

Paid over $300 in membership costs for the salon branch to then close with a weeks notice.. continuing to be charged despite requesting for membership to be cancelled due to the salon closure. Wouldn’t recommend membership at this salon.

Highly recommend Angie! She was absolutely spectacular! I came in with a disastrous hair colour and she helped me bring it back to life as well taking into consideration the health of my hair. So much skill and talent!

Isaac was absolutely amazing! I had 6 months worth of regrowth from previous balayage at a different salon. Isaac was able to beautifully blend my hair and give me a brand new style cut which I absolutely love! His communication of what he was doing and how I should care for my hair following my appointment was outstanding. I will definitely be back to Salon 2 Teneriffe, and to Isaac!
