Visited for lunch for a birthday. Great friendly service from everyone including the Assistant Manager Sam, bar staff and chef who was very helpful with dietary requirements. Thanks guys :)

Moe and Sam are the most amazing ladies at this restaurant. The restaurant runs so smoothly when these ladies are in and you can see their hard work and dedication to the job.I’ll always come back because of these 2!Best personalities

Great Food and the best place to take the kids. The waitress Sam was lovely too. Moe the manager is amazing and will always make sure your looked after. Our family will keep coming back.

We have had plenty of positive experiences at Norfolk. From functions, family dinners and a quiet drink in the sports bar. Nice place to relax, with friendly staff who are happy for a chat and provide good customer service. Special shout out to James in Bistro and James in Sports bar!

Had a lunch here on Sunday and will never go back. On the menu every item had a warning for a 45 min wait. Found that most of the pizza's on the menu were not available. We order seniors bangers and mash, seniors roast of the day and pumpkin salad plus a garlic bread. Our order was done via the QR code at 12:51. After about 45 minutes the garlic bread appeared. Over 90 after placing the order the lunch arrived. The two seniors meals came in bowls. We approached the assistant manager and said that we had been waiting for over an hour and the response was we have two large groups in here

Overpriced and terrible customer service.On arrival was told there was a 40min wait on food and didn’t we feel the disappointment when we said okay that’s fine. We ordered a Caesar salad, cheeseburger and 2 kids slider cheeseburgers. We had to send the 2 kids cheeseburger sliders back because contrary to the name they had no cheese on them just meat on bread. On return we looked at the cheese they put on, there was a single slice torn up into 4 tiny bits. Customer service was non existent. Two ladies Angela and another behind the bar were just going through the motions and annoyed by any questions asked. The only person who showed any customer service was Ella. She should be promoted to Manager. She was the only person in the place willing to help customers. I would of given a one star if it wasn’t for her.Paid $27.50 for 2 beers and 2 very small post mix soft drinks. See the size of these soft drinks in the picture. These were apparently $3.80?? Absolute rip offWill not be back!

totally peaceful, full of oldies and lovely staff - especially Ange! She’s absolutely amazing, and takes every extra step possible to take great care of her customers and everyone coming in. Food was absolutely beautiful, had the chicken parmi and it’s to die for!

Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The roast was a little disappointing, the pork was quite tough and vegetables, just peas and pumpkin. The fish and chips were great with good size portions.

Mid week lunch. The 600gm rump is very tender, and the charcoal grill helps render the fat and only develops the flavors more. This is only outdone by the ribfillet. You can choose either and you'll be more than satisfiedGood service, prompt and polite.Atmosphere is ok, music a lil loud for my taste but that's could be put down to preference. Having a kids playground is definitely a good addition.All in all, an absolute blast of a pub meal.
