Epic Hair

I have been going to Epic Hair for many years now. I am currently not living in the ACT but still visit for my haircuts. Never had a bad experience here.

I NEVER EVER DON’T GET BACK AND RECOMMEND*****EPIC HAIR, AGATHA & ROSIE*****FOR FOLLOWING REASONS:Had an appointment Epic Hair with Agatha for haircut and Keratin Treatment however one of her assistant was told to deal with me and done Keratin treatment even my hair cut which I am not happy.The assistant told me wash my hair after 3 days of my treatment, after washing my hair, I stunned as my hair is fuzzy and not as I expected. (The pictures uploaded)Got back to the salon to talk to Agatha about my hair, she tried to ignore me then Rosie talked to me very rude, disrespectful, and aggressive!!!!!!!!!Agatha and Rosie act like they don’t hear and see me which was completely unacceptable.I paid $400 and spent 4 hours just for washing and blow dry my hair instead of Keratin Treatment and haircut.After their unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, I’m stressed and depressed which is not good for my health and caused seizure that night.At this point I do not want apology with copy and paste message on their reviews comments.****** I SERIOUSLY EXPECT & WANT REFUND******

We used this service for my daughter’s haircut. Everyone was really lovely, we were seated quickly and offered a coffee and biscuit. The salon is nice, and has a welcoming vibe. Unfortunately the cut was pretty bad, it was cut dry and without much care at all. The result was a really uneven haircut, which can be seen from a distance. We’ve since taken here somewhere else to have it fixed.To be fair, we didn’t raise it at the time and should have. I am sure they would have fixed it, they are lovely. Just the quality of cut noted for the review.

Shocking customer service. Overcharged $30 from the written quote after booking online. No refund, offer of future discount or product as compensation. Not sure there was even an apology - just a there must be a glitch in the online booking; not our fault (?!!) so too bad". Is $30 too much to pay for some good advertising by word of mouth?"

They are always friendly and professional. They look after my elderly mother and always make her happy, and are very friendly and courteous to me as well. Large clean and fresh premises, easily located and easy access from carparks.

The staff there are always so lovely! Always attentive, always kind! I was in a rut when JP Style had closed as that was my go to salon for a while and I tried many different places, unfortunately never clicked with any until I got my hair dyed by Amy back in May! A wonderful experience. Then I went to get a refresh with June two weeks ago and had just as great of a time. Being in a hair salon used to stress me out but I always feel so relaxed going to Epic. So easy to book and confirm an appointment too which is helpful for someone who struggles to find time for phone calls. My new go to for sure!

Took my teenage daughter for a shampoo / cut / blow dry. June was fabulous, listened carefully to what was wanted, gave some very helpful tips on styling and the end result looked great. Will be a repeat customer.

Recommended to me by a trusted friend. I gave Epic Hair ago. I was in desperate need of a good hairdresser who would take the time to tame my hair.Agatha listen to my concerns , wants and needs. She was able to fullfil what I had invisioned and even created a custom colour for me which complimented my skin tone.All staff are friendly, helpful, and understanding. Even offering a shoulder massage, tea and/or coffee while I waited during the hair process.I won't be going anywhere else in Canberra to have my hair done. As I can't Imagen anyone can top the experience Epic Hair staff provide.Highly recommend for everything from a cut and colour, style, shave, tone, bleaching/bleach wash, hair products and knowage on products.Look forward to visiting again soon.

Very happy with my haircut, the staff were lovely and the price was reasonable (it was 160 including the shampoo, conditioner, and hair treatment we were recommended) in my opinion :)

this place is horrible, they ruined my hair. don’t go here if you want to look nice, the customer service was nice but the results were terrible they don’t even warn you on how much they will cut they just cut, they cut so much of my hair off & i hate it.
