I visit Nerida a couple of times a year, whenever I feel my back needs some work. I have seen her since I was a child and she has helped my health and back pain over the years. She also helps me with allergies and always give me the best advice on how to live the healthiest life. I will never go anywhere else for my back pain.

After seeing multiple chiropractors Nerida was by far the best. Without any xrays or MRI’s she was able to use her honed talent to adjust me. She was smooth, swift & precise like no other I’ve seen before. In addition to that she has given me a great perspective on a more heathier routine from a wholistic perspective. True healer!!

Nerida has helped me multiple times over the years. Initially she helped my baby daughter with terrible tummy pain and diarrhoea (breast milk intolerance). For me she has helped with hayfever/ alleregies and a flare up in joint pain with inflammation - may have been early stage autoimmune arthritis (blood tests were inconclusive). She works with the physical as well as the energetic and has been a wealth of knowledge about how to support the body. I have referred many people to her over the years.
