Roger and the team were very professional in dealing with my repair through JB Hifi Warranty. They kept up good communication and aimed to resolve the issue in the quickest manner they could. As with most technologies, it takes time to order parts etc and deal with insurers, however overall the experience was very pleasant and always polite.

Great experience with this company. Hein came out to repair our tv and was really helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Lovely guy as well, would highly recommend.

This company is totaly usless they do not reply to emails or phone calls.I would advise any person not to use this company if you want your TV fixed.I would give zero stars if i could, and the people you talk with on the phone are just idiots.You do not deserve to be in business.

Extremely poor customer service. Took 2 weeks just to order parts and told it would be 3-5 days for them to receive them.... its been 5 weeks so far. Told last week it would be repaired by today at the latest and have heard nothing. They only make contact after I contact the company they contract to. I would not recommend this company at all especially if you have to pay for their services.
