the service is not good they tell only lies i bought a samsung tablet s8 after 1 day it didn't work i asked him if they can give me another one and he said he can't give it to me so i said let's cancel this contract and give me another one no we have to send him to sydney etc and a bit long story

2 weeks back bought a phone on a plan... A temporary DL was good enough ID proof (that they verified online and it came out okay)... But today I went with the same DL and a medicare card (just in case)... And now suddenly they have higher moral ground to ask for passport... So when it's their work (phone sale) a sheet of paper is fine... But when I have to make a minor change that same sheet or paper is now insufficient... Noice!!! The staff was courteous (only reason why this isn't a 1 star) but the mgmt (inside the shop) must have been having a bad day...

Brilliant service here, they resolved my pre paid service issue.Some Telstra stores in adelaide are sub standard but this store is different.

Dishonest and wasted my valuable time. Went there 3 times over same issue. Was not fixed, although told it was. Had to call Telstra as they had put a charge on my Business Account. So waited 1 hour on the phone to talk to Telstra to fix. This is why I visited their store, so I did not have to wait on the phone, and it was not a business issue but they put costs onto my business. After talking to Telstra on the phone, issue was fixed, I then asked if the Unley Telstra store had done anything, as they could see all activity on the account, they had not done a thing! They are dishonest ..... avoid like THEY ARE Covid!

waited for half hour finally someone with an iPad came to us said to book us in. Even there was no other customers, we were still waited for them to finish their little talk and break at 2pm.

I visited the Unley Telstra Franchise at about 12.45pm to obtain a new SIM for my phone. I waited for 30 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Of the 5 floor staff, one seemed to be doing nothing but clacking away at a computer. Another finished helping a customer and then she clacked away too for some time, had a bit of a chat and laugh with the other staff. This staff member, a young girl, finally acknowledged me and said someone would be with me in a minute. I waited patiently for another 10 minutes. Same girl finally came over to me and asked what I wanted - I relayed my request for a new SIM. I was then told in quite a highhanded fashion that I would have to wait at least an hour for this. She had other people booked in and if they had to wait they would be cross. I asked how long it takes to activate a SIM - oh not long she says. I asked if she could do it while waiting for the next customer. ‘Oh it takes a while to do, come back in an hour’. I was a bit annoyed by now, I stated (politely) that someone could have asked me before and told me this. She got a bit ‘smart’ as I walked out and yelled out ‘Thanks for coming and have a nice day’ in quite an unpleasant tone. I think she must have felt quite superior - but there is no place for this attitude in retail, staff are there to assist, not to be unpleasant when there is no need or place for this. It could have been managed so much better…

Me and my friend came in to have my account switched. The lovely girl who served us really took her time, when being asked by my friend (a 87 year-old senior) of what is the issue since she was not talking to us at all initially, she replied quite grumpily that it’s the system that playing up and she could not do anything physically possible to make it happen quicker. Throughout the period, she demonstrated poor communication with customers and it was not the best experience one could expect at Telstra. Eveventually we got our issue sorted, however, I would not recommend anyone to go through such complicated process at Unley Telstra, due to, what according to the lady who helped us today, “old system inefficiency”.
