Good place

Felt so bad being in this store today(13th August around 5:20PM). There was a store lady and she had a friend/relative who made me feel so embarrassed as if I was there as unwanted customer during their chat time. Dint want to offer any help but gave a strange look as if they want me to leave the store. Will never visit again if I see the same lady in store.

Would recommend this place. Customer service is great! Ask for advice if you are not sure which clothes to get and they will help you out!

Frustrating experience today. I rang just before 1pm to ask if they had my size in a dress. They did! I said I would be there within an hour, as I'd come in my lunch break. I arrived 1:22pm to find a notice on the door they'd be back 1:52. I walked around 10 minutes and came back to find it had been updated to 1:55pm, which is about when they arrived back and re-opened. Why wasn't this mentioned on the phone!!! I was very surprised that a shop in a shopping centre closed for that long over lunch, but if they had only said that on the phone, I could have come earlier or later rather than spending half an hour waiting outside a closed door as the time ticked by.
