Beards Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

We had a new AC fitted today and more than happy with the work carried out. Would have no hesitation using Beards again for any AC work.

The service and interaction with all staff at Beards has been fantastic - polite, turning up on time, clear communication - trouble shooting our old air con unit, providing a quote for a new unit and installation of our new air con unit. And I love that they cleaned up.

Beards is an exceptional business.My husband and I run two businesses and have a large, old home. Tom and his team always answer their phones and arrive on time whenever we need them.One of our businesses is a restaurant and they are so reliable when fridges, cold rooms or freezers break down. They are also lovely guys - polite, friendly and very clean and tidy. I will always remember the day (it was a Saturday) and I had packed my caravan and car to go away for a week with the kids. When I tested everything, I realised the aircon was not working. I was so upset because we were literally ready to go. I called Tom and he came straight over and fixed it. Luckily, it was a small problem and he fixed it easily. I was so grateful to Tom for doing that. He’s a really, really good person.

Thomas and the boys were very professional and our shop front is now a whole lot cooler. Friendly and cleaned up any mess they made. Great service and easy communication from Katie.Would definitely recommend.

Unbelievable service!Tom and the boys installed 6 aircons in our new house and we wanted all of the outdoor units on the same wall at the back of the house. Other companies made it seem impossible but Beards had no problems at all!They did an awesome job, everything is neat and tidy and they didn’t leave any mess.I would recommended the boys from Beards to everyone!

Found this company to be efficient with great expertise. Went to another Daikin repair company Ohara's and after 3 months over summer could not fix this. Needless to say had to ring Daikin to get someone who could fix it under warranty The staff at Beards had it fixed in an afternoon for a U4 error Very professional company
