Beaumont Tiles Nowra

Ordered tiles for kitchen and back patio. Took 4 weeks longer than advised by the ill mannered staff, who gave me the brush off whenever I questioned them. Incorrect order arrived and when questioned, staff told us that remaining tiles would be delivered within a week. Nearly 3 weeks later, tiles turn up, left on doorstep. The team at Beaumont tiles need to work on their customer service skills and also give people realistic delivery times. Will never shop there again and will never recommend them to friends or clients.

Beaumont Tiles in Nowra have helpful sales staff and the products are good. But the contractors they engaged to do my bathroom renovation were really bad. The reno started in June 2021 and due to covid I wasn't able to be there. I asked for photos along the way but didn't get them. The shower screen was wrong and it took 6 months to get a replacement. Nobody would call me or email me back.The tiler left a huge pile of rubbish/dust on my living room floor and a huge pile of sand in my driveway. Which I had to dispose of myself as he didn't reply to my calls/txts.The plumber left me with a wobbly tap. I don't even know who the plumber was and so I couldn't contact them to fix it. I wasn't advised of who was going into my house and if they were properly qualified.The mirror attached to my wall was the wrong size and went over the window which meant I couldn't open the window.The Manager at Nowra took zero responsibility and did absolutely nothing to help me resolve these issues or identify the tradesperson I could contact.Once they sell you the products and tell you they will project manage - you're on your own and if anything goes wrong, Beaumont won't help you. I Highly recommend going elsewhere for your bathroom renovation.Update: Beaumont asked me to contact head office after I posted this review, which I did. They told me Again, that my dispute was between the local Nowra store and myself. They did not acknowledge the difficulty I've had in trying to resolve this with the local store. Or offer to help in any way. Instead they suggested I could involve a third party. I'm not sure why they can't just finish the job I engaged them for before suggesting I get lawyers involved to fix a tap, some silicone and some holes in the tiles? It seems really basic and common sense? It seems they are supportive of their franchises in delivering poor customer service and not completing jobs.

Went in to have a look around the show room and speak with someone in regards to a possible bathroom Reno.Lots of choices with tiles, tap wear, vanities etcTrevor ? Was extremely helpful and talked with us and went through options and gave us lots of brochures giving us more food for thought.Great customer service and much appreciated

Awful experience with Beaumont tiles. Have been waiting over 4.5 months for our order to come in. Continuously having to call them and ask for updates, extremely poor communication and rude staff when we have explained our dissatisfaction. Staff do not return calls or call when they say, no real apology or compensation offered. They promised they would arrive “next week” every week for about a month. Extremely frustrating and the Nowra Manager couldn’t seem to care less. Go elsewhere.

Had full laundry and bathroom renovations to be done. Ordered tiles didn't arrive on time, at one point tiles were accidentally sent back to Sydney the morning I was called to pick them up. Then they were left out overnight in the rain. Had endless issues with tap wear, piss poor customer service and poor attitude. If it were possible to give less than one star I would. Would recommend absolutely anywhere else.

An extremely poor experience , AVOID AT ALL COSTS , we were lied to about availability to secure the order when it was made clear that we had trades locked in and the tiles were required by a certain date . They agreed 100% then proceeded to not deliver the tiles . This created a lot of problems for our builder and better still we were not advised that the tiles had not arrived until our builder contacted us out of desperation. Do not trust anything they say , better still go elsewhere

If I could give 10 stars I would!I cannot thank Trevor and his crew enough- for the efficient and high quality service and product they provided us during our bathroom renovation. Our job was not a simple task- it required repair, a new floor and a complete overhaul. We wanted high quality finishes and we had a set budget——— Trevor got it done. A special shout out to Aaron the tiler, who was a joy to speak with and have in our space.They turned up when they said they would, delivered the brief and have added value and joy to our home.
