Very poor service. Staff is not receptive to feedback and accountant is very judgemental that the client is wrong. Never follow up but keep promising “ we’ll get back to you”. Staff lies That customer is rude when staff has no customer service skills. At least train your staff on professionalism.And your response made it clear that you don’t know how to read. Feedback was provided to your staff, not client. Maybe you should be more receptive of your clients’ feedback before accusing of misbehaviour. gROW UP and learn to lISTEN to your clients’ concerns. Please stop calling yourself professionals. When you don’t have basic customer service skills.

Very fast and efficient services.No hassle of running for print outs or scanning.Documents can be signed over phone/tab and then gainrite will take care of all other correspondences with ATO.Harinder was very helpful, guided me through process very professionally.I am very happy with the services and would recommend to all my viewers !!!!
