Cherry has changed my live, when I met her I was having headaches everyday, feeling bloated and was over weight, I felt terrible. Doing the Metabolic balance program with Cherry has fixed all of that, I have more energy than I have had in a very long time, no headaches, no bloating and am at my ideal weight but most of all I feel amazing. Since March 2021 I have followed Cherry's recommendations for the content of my three daily meals. By September 2021 I had shed 15kg of excess weight, and have maintained my trim physique since.The change in my diet has given me a new lease on life - the ability to walk a greater distance without puffing like a steam locomotive, being much more wide awake (and able to concentrate better on my mahjong game), and now able to fit into hitherto abandoned clothes.I am confident I now have the tools to maintain the improvement in my health for a long time to come.
