I had just moved to Sydney, and had to rent an apartment for the first time, in the middle of the rental situation now (with low vacancies and high prices).Renting: Lucy really helped guide me through the process, making it a much smoother experience. Would strongly recommend!Routine: Connor was the property manager going through the inspections. He was very flexible in accommodating the schedule, and also very receptive to listen when I pointed out minor issues.Overall it continues being a great experience, especially given the rental situation now. Strongly recommend Soames if you’re looking around the area!
