I've had some pretty lacklustre experiences with agents in the past, particularly agents who I felt weren't in it to help me at all, just get you on the books and leave it up to someone else. Rebecca was nothing like my previous experiences, enthusiastic, pro active, and genuinely interested in getting the right people into my rental property. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Could not thank Rebecca enough. After having the property up for sale for 6 months and not receiving the offer we wanted we decided to check the rental market. Not only did Rebecca achieve a result $50 a week more than similar houses in our area, the house was rented within the week of contacting her. We had three applications after the first rental open home.

Reliable and Professional.Rebecca recently rented my townhouse, her service was extremely prompt, supportive and very reliable.Having rented a number of properties through different agencies in the past it was fantastic to work with an agent who was not only very competent but also who was able to get the job done with out any fuss.I won't be using anyone else except for Rebecca now and cannot recommend Rebecca highly enough to anyone looking to rent out their properties.
