Don’t rate these guys at all. Tried to contact them via website twice. No response. Contacted Jamie twice via phone who asked me to text him details he already had twice and told me he would get back to me. Nothing. Wouldn’t hire him even if he had the best price, customer service is non existent.

JSPR have pebbled a few pools for us now and I recommended them highly. They are busy and in demand as any good business is, however they a good team and deliver a great outcome. Thanks for the new pool prior to Christmas!!!!

Just Swimming Pool Renovations
We have had a very poor experience with these guys unfortunately so do not recommend them. Still waiting for them to turn up to repair the poor job they did on our pool resurfacing. Said they would come back to fix and they haven’t . Our skimmer box is full of concrete and they won’t fix that. Told us to fix it ourselves .Would love it if they came back and did then job and then I’d be happy to leave a good review.

I would not recommend Just Swimming Pool Renovations, the pool refurbishment done for me was substandard and the contractors response to addressing the issues I raised were dismal - pebblecrete patchy and flaking, light failure, did not address known faults during the refurb.

Had a couple of rust spots and stained pebblecrete so gave these guys a bell, and got a very reasonably priced quote. Accepted it and 10 days later they sent Alex to do the job and it's done & dusted, and the pool's like new. So they get a very big tick from me.
