Hours incorrect. Does not open at 7am.Cannot reply, so editing. Looking at past reviews this happens regularly. The staff member at the doctors said she didn't usually work there, so wasn't sure, but assumed 8am.Perhaps hours need updating to better suit staff, and a sign so anyone working the admin desk can inform people of the hours regardless of whether they usually work there or not.

Charged me $28 for Neurofen+ which is available elsewhere for $19.95 who also offer a generic brand for less than $8. Couldn't get a refund because it had left the store. What is the point of tamper seals?. The service is normally good but was far from it today and I feel ripped off too.No matter how loyal. No matter how much you pay. No matter how much you spend. If you get the wrong item or get something you don't need. They will not help or refund one of many items. I will not spend my money here again. They don't want to honor my loyalty I will buy elsewhere. They say they can't compete with larger chains and you pay the premium for that. But what are you paying more for. No trust. No loyalty. They need your trust and support to stay in business but they refuse to return the sentiment. It's bitter. I'll pay a dollar more to go elsewhere if I walk out of the store with $40 of something I don't need cannot be returned.

Opening time says 7am... But the person starting didn't arrive til almost 7:30. Not even an apology from them for the wait. The receptionist at connecting medical centre was very kind and apologetic.

Desgrace of a joint,, advertised 7am open weekdays. Not even close. Waste of time, dont even bother. Doors closed, 715am. Dragged myself from the house for nothing.

These people advertize opening hours as 7am and 8am on altering days, however are late this open.I suggest you please update your information to let the public know that you open later in order to avoid community members wasting their precious time when in a medical emergency that requires life saving medication.

Had an emergency where I needed formula for my baby..and the manager was kind and understanding enough to stay back for a bit for my dad to pick it up..even after they closed..can’t express my gratitude enough..thank you so much
