Does anyone use their own online booking at this company. Try it. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. Staff in shops are great.

I had my lips done by Christie a week ago and she has done an amazing job. I am a nurse myself and so I was impressed with her consult, she was very comprehensive and aware.It was the first time I had been somewhere and had the nurse take the time to explain, listen to what I wanted and not rush you out the door, and - the most important thing - the lips turned out VERY good. I had minimal swelling and no bruising, and the bulk of the product was placed into the lips properly, not in the border like a duck!Thank you Christie for your time and great job - see you in a few months!

Waste of my time. You booked me in for a free facial which is included in whatever membership I signed up for. I get there you tell me it has to be paid for? Yeah, get absolutely gone.

I wanted to use this business, and was ready to make a booking for several sessions, but after standing at the counter for around 3 minutes, and the older lady not noticing me because she was so engrossed in something on her phone, texting like a champion, I left. So you missed a big sale. Hope your phone was worth it.

I went to RLC at Tuggerah and felt very well looked after. I found Michelle very attentive, informative, knowledgeable and thorough unlike my previous experiences at another store.Thank you so much Michelle, I really appreciate your work.

I purchased Approx 1000 dollars product for hair removal during in 2021 . However, because of Covid and pregnancy, the staff told me I could freeze that and reactivate it when I want to use it. I went to the shop 2months ago, the manager told me I did not have any credit to use and she would contact the office for me and told me that someone will contact me. 2 weeks later , I went to the shop and told the manager that nobody contact me . The manager said because it past two years and my credit couldn’t be reactivated. I was so angry that result laser clinic never sent me email to notify me that the credit past a period of time can not be reactivated. It is totally rid me off. I still around $100 in the shop. The manager said she was not able to do anything for me. I still receive a lot email for sales and promotion but not a single email to remain me my credit will be expired if I don’t reactivate!!!!! She ask me to contact the head office. I did! 2 months later. I haven’t received any reply !!!!! Plz refund or reactivate my credit. I paid for that and I should get the product!

Absolutely a rip off and doing the dodge. I paid for 1mil of filler and received half a Mil and paid full price.I then made contact with the head office and they promised to give the the other half after I made a complaint,I was told they will investigate why I didnt receive the 1 mil on the day.After they done there investigating I was ment to receive my other half in 2 weeks, but that also was a lie as every time I called the head office to find out when I'm getting booked in I kept getting excuses and told the lady I was dealing with is not in.They are dodge and rip off's.. stay away and spend a little extra to get decent service and product.

I went to this clinic for wrinkle treatment in my crows feet. While I was there the injector talked me into treating other areas that I was not concerned about or even there for. Left spending 3 times more than I had anticipated which would of been absolutely fine had the one area I went there for actually been resolved. I had no improvement on my crows feet (my area of concern) the injector neglected my area of concern and when I went back for my 2 week follow up wanted to charge me even more to top up the area she neglected to focus on. Messaged the clinic with my feedback and received no response. Don’t waste your time and money here! Take your money directly across from them to laser clinics who will 100% guarantee their work and take care of their customers.

Super friendly and bubbly staff, always acknowledged on arrival and welcomed with a smile! I have always received thorough treatments for my laser and the staff always seem to take the extra time during facials/skin treatments. Can't recommend this clinic more , thank you to all the girls there x

InjectablesA couple of weeks ago, I had emergency injectibles.Emergency because my preferred therapist from another clinic wasn't available, I also had an interstate wedding to attend a couple of days later. Being so busy I'd forgotten to get top ups until the pain couldn't be ignored and the thought of being out in public and family photos came up.I mainly had injectibles in my masseters to stop me from stress induced teeth grinding, being in pain and building a masculine looking jawline. Before injectibles, I reluctantly spent thousands on dental work to fix broken crowns, a tooth implant, occlusal splints and a course of injectibles (which is a lot more expensive at the dentist).At short notice, the staff at the Tuggerah clinic fit me in for a consultation, treatment and agreed to price match.Yesterday, I went in for a follow up and am very happy with the results. Especially the sense of relief.The staff are consistently welcoming, non-judgemental, kind, helpful with information, professional and efficient.I will be back for top up treatments. Thanks for making me feel and look a lot better.
