Total Waste Disposal (Skip Bin Hire Perth)

Booked a skip bin for 8 days (standard 5 + 3 extra) and they picked it up a day too early. We still had stuff to go in it, which we were then stuck with. They offered a $10 refund. The inconvenience of driving to the tip defeated the whole purpose of the operation and was certainly worth more than $10. I’m not even wasting time on the phone to get a $10 refund. “Skip” this company.

Booked a skip bin few days before, called them in the morning, as no confirmed delivery time. Found out booking not on their system on the day that we need the bin, left the contact number for them to contact on arrival, as I will be at work, no one has contacted the construction people. And after work, I called them, said the order is cancelled, as no one opens the gate... and I had to pay the call out fee.... ridiculous.... asked them to deliver again, and the staff said impossible as fully booked.... very disappointed with the service. Not recommend due to unreliavle service

Sorry to hear that other guy had issues. Used this company a few times. highly recommended. They can get busy and thats obviously high in demand for a good reason? Ladies at reception are generally flat out so I appreciate their assistance. Run my own comoany know what it is like. Obviously good time drop offs etc is important but sometimes things out of their hands. Either way I can't say I've actually had any issues. The office staff are very helpful.
