Lachlan was very prompt on time and tuned my Yamaha YUS5 upright piano which was a rather challenging tune being a new/young piano with tight strings. Lachlan’s pricing is affordable and is very professional. I look forward to utilising his services again for tuning and moving. Thanks again.

Lachlan is very professional and passionate about his work. He has a custom set up and technique for effortlessly moving your piano. We had a few steps and a sharp turn into our house but with the right equipment, it was no obstacle. He also has a list of trusted contacts for all your other piano needs, such as tuning. We will definitely use Lachlan again for future moves.

Lachlan is careful and competent. He is friendly, easy to deal with. He is well equipped and respectful of your piano no matter its age or monetary value. He managed to get my old pianola up a massive flight of stairs without a scratch on it, although he did lose a shirt button in the process! I would highly recommend him, and definitely would use his services again.

I have used Lachlan multiple times over the years and can’t recommend him highly enough. Not only can he move pianos, he can also tune pianos too. Very professional and efficient. You can save money by being the assistant too. So overall, anything to do with piano I would turn to Lachlan without a doubt in my mind.

Lachlan is a piano technician with both competent skills and friendly personality. His work is worth the price. Every time he spends a whole day to get my antique piano well tuned. His piano movers are being cautious in details at all times and handle the piano with care, in order not to cause any damage. Had an incompetent piano tuner with awful attitude before I found Lachlan, it was a shame that I didn't contact him earlier. Now I'm able to trust him completely to work on my piano. A big thanks for everything he has done on my piano!

High recommended! My 30 year old piano has been 'reborn' after Lachlan's meticulous way of tuning using the traditional technique.
