Everything is good.Aircom, soft fall ground for kids, big size well equipped kitchen, clean comfortable chairs easy parking and reasonable price.

This is a good sized community space with kitchenette facilities a few smaller meeting rooms and toilets. Rented out by Blacktown City council. Parking for about 50 vehicles.
