Barayamal National Park
Good walking track following the river, up to two hours if you want to walk that far. The track is gravel, but mostly flat and even. Great views of river and the large variety of water birds.

Neighbouring onto lake Inverell it’s a perfect place to see the birdlife in the area. Bring a picnic, a fishing rod or canoe and enjoy the facilities at the lake
