Had a wonderful experience getting my Moderna vaccine. From booking online (only yesterday) to today getting the vaccine: super simple and received lovely fast, compassionate service.

Have come here a couple of times to get scripts filled after getting other things done in the centre. They've been on the lower side of average most times: prices on the slightly higher side, service unremarkable and stock levels lower than you'd hope but not unreasonable. Bit meh, but not so bad that I felt like I had to go elsewhere if I was going past anyways.Then today I went to get my script filled. First, underfilled my script by 40% and charged me the full prescription amount. Then when I went back and checked, they acted as if I was the idiot that had messed up their day. Didn't apologise or tell me what they were going to do, just took my script and pills and wandered away with a sour look on her face. Then when I got home and checked the price for the same script and amount from another chemist, it was almost twice as much from Terry White! For the exact same GENERIC drug!!They're charging more than other chemists and have way more staff on than other places, but they spent more time chatting amongst themselves than providing any kind of service. Go elsewhere.

My wife just happened to walk in to this store and ended up getting the covid shot by Mr. Ahmed (I think he is the pharmacist in that store). She is usually very sensitive to pain and doesn't like needles much but this instance, she didnt feel any pain or discomfort at all. She came home and told me about it. We live atleast 45 min drive from this store... and I was so impressed with what I heard about this gentleman that I had to go and get my covid shot from him and see it with my own eyes. As soon as we walked in, luckily we saw him at the entry. We walked over to him and asked him if he had some time to answer my queries about the vaccine .. and believe me I had a fair few concerns..... he made me feel very comfortable, answered my questions and built my confidence... and did all that with a smile. He was fun to talk to and to no surprise, I didn't feel a thing as I got my first shot on that day. Today again I drove all this way, passing all other alternative places to get my 2nd Jab... and to no surprise, it was painless and I enjoyed talking to him. He was professional, informative, very understanding, patient with our questions and answered our concerns with a smile. I have recommended him to many of my friends and family.Ahmed deserves the recognition and acknowledgement for the hard work he put in and also for representing your brand really well.

Highly recommend this pharmacy! Great service and It’s in a very convenient spot with direct access to the car park.

Got my Moderna booster with the pharmacist, Anne administrating the shot. Besides lovely and kind she was very professional and informative with post-vaccine expectation and after-care advices. A recommended go-to when you need your vaccine!

Just bought perfume for a good price

Service was quick and pleasant when I was there. But my script cost more than double that of other pharmacies. I suggest customers confirm prices before scripts are filled.

My last 2 visits to this pharmacy have been appauling, such bad service, would not recommend filling scripts here. The first time, the woman couldn't even understand what i wanted on my script, sorted that, then i came back an hour and half later and the chemist still had not filled the order. Had to wait another half an hour, second visit, the girl behind the counter again didn't listen to which items I need from my script, and decided to add extra items, when i went back to pickup, two extra items awaiting for me, plus had to still wait and i had been gone since placing order for over 2 hours, then the asian chemist comes out, and is looking for me, I'm standing right there, but he tries to give an older asian gentlemen my items, unbelievable, i will never go there again.
