Vodafone Cronulla

The only time they were friendly and helpful was when I bought an Xperia, an ipad and signed on for Vodaphone. That staff member must have left, I never saw him again. When I returned to ask if I could buy a fitting cover for the XPeria THEY had sold me, they told me they did not have one and sent me on my way. When I went back wit some questions, they treated me like a nuisence, I am a little on the luddite side but that does not deserve such a dismissive treatment.The following few times I returned, with increasing reluctance they remained unhelpful. Especially the guy who seems to be the manager is totally rude. I did ring Vodafone to complain, they apologised and said they would speak with them. But they obviously did not, as that manager" told me when I returned a last time to that place.So

Staff who served me was rude - his card said Daniel Stuffin /manager. We were told to return in 10-15min after he put in my details for change of account. So we returned in 20 to give extra time. He told us the checking process was still not done. So my wife was asking how do we know if someone has actually started checking. And he he did not know and just come back in another 5 minutes. So my wife asked what else the process includes. And he said look I just told you come back later, just do what I already told you. Is this the way to treat a customer? Or any fellow human asking for clarification?We had a prior good experience with another staff member, but this really soured our impression.

Excellent service every time. Always get my info and newer mobiles here. They are so friendly and well loved locals. Good on you Daniel and your well managed team.

Purchased a pre paid deal & Daniel personally looked after my current needs & best options. Even got the internet going on an old passed down hand set. Very friendly & great service. Even offered their trade in & pre loved mobiles that I enquired about. Cheers Daniel.Regards Rex Rawnsley

The staff just served me was really rude. I had my I phone 6 screen replaced on last Thursday and got a new glass screen protector on and it was all paid. But today I have realised that the screen protector was not fitted properly. So I went back to the store and asked about it the person serve me said they are the normal person fitting in like me. And he told me to put one on by myself. My point is, if they are the normal person like then they shouldn’t change me $20 . Because,I can buy screen protector with $2 and put on myself. May be would have been better. At the end he just gave another screen protector and asked me to put on by myself. I never had any service like this from any other Vodafone store. Hopefully management will take it on account and find the best person for the job.

What a great team in this store! When I lost my phone today, everyone working in the store helped lighten a stressful situation and helped me get my phone back. I really appreciated how kind they all were. If you’re looking for genuinely, warm friendly service then I’d recommend this store! Had a problem receiving photographs from overseas from an unknown source. This was a problem for Sam Davis, however like a dog with a bone, he would not let go. It took some time, however with diligence from Sam, all was fixed.

Went in to get a new phone and spoke to a young man named Sam who was very helpful, he explained everything in layman's terms so I could understand. He then set everything up for me. 5/5 Highly recommend

Worst customer service they that they are open till 6pm but closes before 5 and if we need to speek them we should speek throught the glass door
