Have always found this Management company professional and friendly to deal with.

Have been a client for a few years now. Any requests or queries are always acted upon in good time. We had one recent issue with a new neighbour buying into our strata and immediately began ignoring the rules and regulations. YMC dealt with this promptly and effectively.

Look elsewhere for Strata Management. The 2 who run this company are a joke. Their fees are very high but you won't get what you paid for. Very unprofessional as well. Just checkout their website. This might even apply to their whole operation.In our complex we have Strata rules for everyone to follow to keep things fair and safe for everyone. Most of us follow these rules but some don't. Your Management Centre" do not enforce these rules even when we bring them up in one of their meetings. Some of these issues are quite serious. Yes the troublemaking tenants scare our strata management with aggressive behaviour and lawsuits but it's their “job” to manage such situations. I also don't like their style of throwing us under the bus whenever we bring something up about these tenant/s breaking rules. These rules are the same rules they told us not to do and gave us written warnings for but doesn’t seem to apply to these aggressive tenants.They also have the worst way of resolving issues. Instead of approaching or emailing these troublemakers & saying something like hey there are “signs” saying you are not allowed to do this or that for eg. This mob just says hey your neighbour

I’ve always had a great experience with YMC and how they have handled sensitive and difficult matters!

The team at Your Management Centre consistently exceed my expectations in relation to their dedication to strata management. I find them thoroughly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately we have had to deal with some difficult matters with the building and they have not hesitated to go above and beyond to have these issues sorted. I have dealt with less than satisfactory Strata agents in the past and am pleased to say that definitely does not apply to this company. If you are looking to change agents I could not recommend them highly enough.
