I want to keep supporting local companies however using Kenwalls is very challenging. Ive been waiting for 5 months for a basic colour bond gate. No return calls or email.

Complete waste of my time. Service was good prior to receiving payment then extremely poor. Goods were supposed to take 1 week to arrive then turned into 8 weeks for everything to arrive. Ended up getting a refund.

I ordered 3 flashings, they said 1 week, turned into 7, with no contact from them, they were rude when I contacted them every 2 weeks, and then one asymmetrical flashing was made in mirror image, and so was useless to me.

One of the least competent companies in wollongong.Tried to order thousands of dollars of c span purlins off them, promised call backs and quotes that never came despite multiple follow ups in person. Had to order elsewhere.Gave them a second chance and ordered some galvanised steel checker plate for stairs. Was told they had the materials, but then they didn't. Told a price, but then all they had was cheap 2mm stuff which is not what I asked for. Told it would be an extra 50% than quoted. Just going back to get my money back now.Utterly useless company, has let me down numerous times and I will never go back.

Kenwalls staff are knowledgeable, however the attention to detail in orders has dropped terribly over the last few years.Ordered several items and paid upfront, and they advised to expect a call in a few days when ready. Received the call, went in. The order was missing half the items. So they tell us to come back tomorrow for the rest. We call the following day, and they’re still missing parts. They say they’ll deliver it, but they still don’t deliver the full order!If you can spend time chasing Kenwalls for your order, go for it, but would recommend shopping elsewhere.
